NOTICE OF FILING

On February 8, 2010, Veolia E.S. Landfill, Inc. filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Zion an Application, together with
supporting evidence to expand the currently operating Violia E.S.
Zion Landfill vertically and horizontally in accordance with
Section 39.2 of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act
and the City of Zion Pollution Control Facility Siting Ordinance.
A copy of the Application and supporting evidence is available
for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk
City of Zion, 2828 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL

Tentative Veolia Siting Hearing dates are as follows.
All meetings take place at Zion City Hall at 6:00 p.m.

May 12, 13, 17, 25, 26 and 27
June 2 & 3.
